Day 1: Wednesday

Arrive Longreach and check into your accommodation. Relax and settle in for 5 nights. Overnight Longreach

Join a Longreach town tour and visit the Longreach School of Distance Education* prior to seeing the Outback Pioneers Memorial Rock Garden, RM Williams Cottage, Dr Bruce Yates Heritage Gardens and the Australian Stockman’s Hall of Fame. Tonight, enjoy a sunset cruise on the Thomson River. Overnight Longreach

Day 3: Friday (B,D)

Free morning to explore Longreach at your own leisure or optional extra cost Station Tour.

This afternoon at the Station Store take a gallop through the scrub in a Cobb & Co coach followed by tea, scones and a classic Australian film on the big screen (*Seasonal). This evening soak up the sunset with the Drover’s Extravaganza Dinner. Be charmed by our outback entertainers and savour the traditional outback themed cuisine (*Seasonal). Overnight Longreach

Visit the Qantas Founders Museum dedicated to Australia’s aviation history. See the original hanger and the first ever Qantas jet passenger aircraft registered in Australia. Overnight Longreach

Day 6: Monday (B)
